Return and Shipping Policy

 

 

 

RETURNS

 

Please note that in the event that you would like to return an item/s not all of our stock is available for returns. Please contact us within 8 business days via our CONTACT US page and please ensure you add the following information:

 

-          Your personal information (name, phone number and email address)

 

-          Order number and item that you would like to return

 

-          The reason for return enquiry

 

Not all items are accepted for returns and it is completely up to our decision upon each enquiry if an item meets reason for return.

 

Any personal item food, drink, teethers or anything affecting hygiene will not meet return policy.

 

 

 

SHIPPING

 

All orders are automatically shipped using Sendle who use a variety of couriers. Please allow 1-3 business days for shipping. As a small business we usually ship once a week.

If orders are above $120 we will automatically be shipped for free using Sendle. If you wish for express postage please select at checkout and you will be charged at the time of checkout and we will ship express parcels through AUSPOST. Please be aware that once orders have been sent, we are not responsible for the postage service/ Arrival of your parcel. With standard shipping Authority to Leave is out of our hands so please choose shipping method accordingly if you do not wish for your parcel left.
